The claim period for the headphones has ended.
All claim requests must have been submitted by January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
If you have already submitted your claim, your headphones will be mailed within 6-8 weeks from verification of your qualifying purchase and timely payments for 2 months of service. All claims will be reviewed for compliance with the offer terms. Limit 1 set of headphones per household address (no PO boxes) regardless of the number of subscriptions purchased. Actual or suspected abuse or fraudulent manipulation of the offer may result in service termination and forfeiture of the headphones.
